A logic option that specifies whether an AHDL-based design should have a limit on integer size of 32 bits. This option is provided for backward compatibility with all versions of the Quartus^® software previous to version 2000.09, which do not support integers larger than 32 bits in AHDL.

This is a project-wide option. This option is available for all Altera^® devices supported by the Quartus^® II software.
